Park Place is a senior living community composed of 116 independent and 40 assisted residences. The community includes a swimming pool, cafeteria and a social program befitting the senior life style.

Park Place is located within WingHaven along Phoenix Parkway, nestled between the Enclave Apartments and the protected Wetlands. The community will also connect via walking trails to a 100-acre public park within the BaratHaven development adjacent to this site.
